– This is an indoor event.
– Event staff are available to assist with loading and unloading.
– Expected attendees +200
– Power outlets are available. If you need a power source (Electricity outlet), please let us know beforehand.
– Set-up time will start at 9:00 am.
– Set Up: 9:00AM
– Event: 10:00AM-1:00PM (3 hours)
– Takedown Time: 1:00PM-2:00PM
– Light refreshments will be available during the event.
– Middle Eastern lunch will be provided.
– Some media sources will cover the event, so please check your media policy and inform your staff.
